Sun Prairie

As I was making this painting, I did begin to wonder if this is how Vincent Van Gogh began to go nuts, painting circle around the sun.It is so much fun to do this, it is so oddly alluring, exciting and calming at the same time, I barely know how to explain it. I do know that I am just loving these paintings, and I am following my heart and intuition here, into some unknown place that, for me, is pretty thrilling.

Gorgeous - I feel the energy as if the sun is reaching to touch land.

I love these paintings that you do. I've been looking at several you've posted on your page. They are different and I love that.
This seems to be your thing, and you do a great job at it !
Thank you, Arae - So glad you've been looking at my paintings and enjoying them! This thing with the circles is new, but it does feel like it's my thing. Today, I am hoping to do something similar, but different. Time to see where I can go with this.
Thanks, Leslie - I am really loving the energy in these, also - and the way the colors and the paint layer up. These are really so much fun!
Hi, Christine - So good to hear from you. I'm happy that you like this painting! Believe me, it's fun to watch the evolution from my vantage point, as well. It's really fun, also, to contemplate where I can go with these ideas.
